Last updated: 9 October 2026. This local website accepts business enquiries and stores the submitted details in SQLite for follow-up. Review this policy against the company’s actual hosting, contact and retention arrangements before publishing the website.
Enquiry forms may collect your name, email, phone, organization, country, interest and message. A practice demo request may also collect your country, optional WhatsApp number, requested service and consent time. Do not include passwords, card details or sensitive personal information.
Enquiry and demo request information is used to respond and manage review. Demo requests remain pending until an email delivery and authorized practice-account workflow is configured. Local mock tests do not send email or create a real practice account.
Submitted information is stored in a SQLite database on the server and visible to configured administrators. The site does not sell enquiry information. Retention and deletion requests should be handled through the contact page.
Admin access is protected, but localhost development is not a production security guarantee. Public hosting requires HTTPS, strong secrets, backups, monitoring and a reviewed retention process.
